The Software Development Manager is a member and Lead of an Agile-oriented cross-functional team of software engineers, business systems analysts, software testers, technical writers, and graphic designers who leverage software to solve real-world problems.
Professional skills required:
∙ At least 5+ years of experience working in outsourcing / outstaffing industry
∙ At least 3+ years of experience on Team Lead / Technical PM roles
∙ Solid expertise in Software Architecture, DDD, OOP
∙ Solid knowledge of software development life cycle
∙ Perfect communication and presentation skills
∙ Strong ability to learn new technologies in a short time
∙ Fluent level of English
∙ Experience in leading pre-sale activities and participating in new business development
∙ Experience with Azure, AWS or other cloud
