Akvelon is looking for a motivated and proactive Recruiter to join our Recruitment team.
Required skills:
• Proven 4+ years of experience in IT recruitment in an outsourcing company
• Full cycle recruitment of technical and non-technical positions
• Experience in successful hiring in Ukraine and EU, Middle East countries
• Able to create a sourcing strategy using a variety of channels, develop diverse candidate pools (including passive candidates) and generate pipelines for each position;
• Substantial experience in pre-screening, interviewing, and providing afterward feedback
• Excellent interpersonal and presentation skills
• Ability to prioritize and reach deadlines
• Upper-intermediate English

Responsibilities:
• Being responsible for recruitment processes
• Managing and developing relationships with hiring managers and candidates
• Generating and maintaining candidates pipeline; candidates data processing
• Developing and updating market knowledge in our service areas of focus
• Working with Ukrainian, EU, Middle East and LATAM IT labor markets
