Our Client is a leading provider of comprehensive terminal operating system solutions for marine and intermodal terminal operations worldwide.

Responsibilities

🔸Developing product and functional requirements and maintains existing requirements’ documentation, user stories creation and acceptancesystems, and their effects/outcomes on business metrics as well as the ecosystem of client’s communities;
🔸Analyzing requirements; constructing workflow charts and diagrams, studying system capabilities, writing specifications;
🔸Prioritizing sprint work, clarify requirements related questions and perform stories acceptance;
🔸Aligning stories priorities with project schedule and analyzing issues found by customers in production.

Requirements

🔸1+ year of working experience in IT (QA, Sales, BA roles);
🔸Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with stakeholders at all levels;
🔸Skilled at identifying issues, evaluating options, and implementing solutions efficiently;
🔸Critical thinking and problem-solving abilities;
🔸Upper-Intermediate or higher level of English proficiency;

Nice to have

🔸Experience with SQL Developer, Postman, API testing;
🔸Experience in reporting directly to the US management and communication with customers on their side.
