Akvelon is looking for a talented and experienced Lead Generation Specialist with a strong understanding of custom software development services sales and everything around demand generation in this market.

Together with Chief Revenue Officer, Head of Marketing, Head of Lead Generation, and Research team, Lead Generation Specialist will organize thoughtful prospecting and build benchmark-breaking outreach campaigns.

Our ideal candidate:

🔸Has advanced knowledge of automated outreach tools (SkyLead, Expandi, Waalaxy, Reply.io, Outreach.io);
🔸Has demonstrable campaign-building experience (KPIs, metrics), and is able to demonstrate his deep insights in outreach campaign-building tips and tricks;

Has great experience in:

🔸 a campaign logic-building magician: knows a lot of how-to’s, builds non-trivial, thought-out sequences; knows deeply the possibilities, limitations and pitfalls of different outreach tools and uses them in practice to make the most of the whole lead generation machine;

🔸 LinkedIn lead generation, from everything related to Sales Navigator, to the “rules” and “hidden limitations” to effectively use each available feature and mitigate all the risks like account suspension avoidance;

🔸 crafting great message sequences, using best and latest practices in gaining the best reply rates and connection rates;

🔸 managing multiple campaigns simultaneously, and agile lead generation hypotheses iteration;

🔸 analytical mindset, which helps analyze what works well and not well, and adjust quickly;

🔸 understanding of the lead generation benchmarks, to be able to effectively justify what works and what doesn’t work;

🔸 collaboration with marketing, sales, delivery, and content teams to find and effectively use content that is available and suitable for a particular campaign, and request content that might increase the success of a given campaign;

Duties and responsibilities:

🔸Organizing and controlling the prospecting process of the research team: quality and coverage of the prospecting process, quality of prospect lists, validation of the lists;

🔸Building ICPs and value propositions according to the hypotheses generated by the BDM/Revenue generation team;

🔸Building messaging and campaigns according to lead generation hypotheses, managing the whole multi-campaign infrastructure;

🔸Controlling the stability of the lead generation process: bandwidth, risk mitigation, social selling index optimization, etc;

🔸Handling the data consistency between the campaign toolset and the CRM, helping Head of Lead Generation in having a complete, trackable, and measurable lead generation and sales pipeline.

Requirements:

🔸2+ years in lead generation and sales operations management for B2B professional services sector, custom software development market is of high priority;

🔸Strong time management, task management, project management skills;

🔸Proficiency with outreach tools;

🔸Strong collaboration skills;

🔸English at least upper intermediate.
