We are an American company with offices in Seattle, Mexico, Ukraine, Poland, the Czech Republic, and Serbia. Our company is an official vendor of Microsoft and Google. Our clients also include Amazon, Evernote, Intel, HP, Reddit, Pinterest, AT&T, T-Mobile, Starbucks, and LinkedIn.
— Work with the head office of the company, look for new clients for its development;
— Conduct market research and analysis of companies;
— Conduct prospecting research to find contacts of people that fit the defined ICP using the best tools available in the market (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, DuxSoup, PhantomBuster);
— Work with outreach tools (SkyLead, Hubspot, and others) to help Business Development Team set up outreach campaigns.
— 1+ years of experience with prospecting, researching, and lead generation in the software development services market (IT market);
— Good knowledge of B2B and ABM prospecting tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Crunchbase, DuxSoup, PhantomBuster, and others);
— Automation skills: the ability to find ways and use modern tools to spend less time on research and prospecting activities;
— Ability to quickly switch between tasks, estimate time, and prioritize;
— Ability to work in a team, good communication;
— Good knowledge of Excel and Google Docs;
— Level of English proficiency not lower than Upper Intermediate;
— Possession of professional communication skills with higher authorities to clarify requirements and priorities.

— Ability to use scripts, extensions, and add-ons to optimize the research processes;
— Basic understanding of economic analytics;
— Experience or good knowledge of CRM systems, Dynamics 365 is a big plus.
