We are looking for a Delivery Manager who will be responsible for the projects’ start, implementation, and successful delivery to various Akvelon clients.

Responsibilities:
✔️Own delivery commitments and make sure they are met
✔️Provide transparency for project stakeholders and manage their expectations
✔️Set up new development teams, including hiring and onboarding
✔️Facilitate collaboration within the team, remove impediments to team effectiveness
✔️Develop, coach, and evaluate the engineering team.
Requirements:
✔️5+ years of hands-on software development experience with at least 2+ years in project management
✔️Familiarity with current web technologies, trends, and solution architecture approaches;
✔️Proven experience in establishing and/or measurably improving the software development process on a project with 10 or more engineers;
✔️Solid understanding of and practical experience with Agile methodologies, such as Scrum and Kanban;
✔️Excellent communication and presentation skills
✔️Strong attention to detail, outstanding self-organization, and planning skills
✔️English: B2 or better
Would be a plus:
✔️Experience in presales activities;
✔️Experience in managing fixed price projects, tracking project budget
