Analyze new requests (DevOps tasks / Jira Administration), engage DevOps/Platform team for investigation, generate PLT items if needed.
Engage team for investigation if new items were requested, generate items if needed.
Backlog review
Burndown analysis,
Test, add Release notes, Close/Accept Issues in Ready for Acceptance status
Jira time tracking
Sprint Review Presentation: Sprint overview, Main Features review, Progress towards main KPIs, Short-term release plans
Team Retrospective: Facilitate the meeting, discuss velocity trend, burn down, main accomplishments, what went well, what can be improved
Sprint Planning: Sprint backlog items investigation, review and update description, time and/sp estimates, sp estimates, assignments, priorities
End of sprint Video: Record a video about main product features
Roadmap update
Backlog Refinement
Create Release notes when requested by CSX/CN/BNSF, update customer version on Product Team
Update user guide, intro, Requirements, when new features are added
Communication with Product Teams, Customer Success team, External Customers

BUOY (BUild and deplOY) is the primary UI for performing builds and deployments of
Tideworks products. BUOY is designed to allow for integrating multiple Products in use across Tideworks into the build/deploy pipeline so that one tool can be used by all parties across Tideworks to handle the lifecycle management of Tideworks products from build to deploy.
