• Provide full cycle of HR service to the teams, including onboarding, 1:1 meetings, support employees’ career growth, etc.
• Keep the relevant HR databases with employee’s records
• Participate in a performance review cycle
• Develop and maintain strong working relationships and partnership with employee
• Regular monitoring of employee satisfaction and involvement
• Create risk assessment for each employee and proactively identify departure risks and contingency options
