📍Provide full cycle of HR service to the teams, including onboarding, 1:1 meetings, support employees’ career growth, etc.
📍Keep the relevant HR databases with employee’s records
📍Participate in a performance review cycle
📍Develop and maintain strong working relationships and partnership with employee
📍Regular monitoring of employee satisfaction and involvement
📍Create risk assessment for each employee and proactively identify departure risks and contingency options
📍Take part in internal activities aimed at corporate culture development
