Supply & Production Planning Specialist (вакансія неактивна)

What is the job about:
— Calculation of the medium-term production plan in terms of production centers and / or regions of sales;
— Planning at the network level — from the volume to replenish the flow of customers to the final production plan;
— Analysis of demand for finished products — demand forecast and operational orders;
— Analysis of stocks of finished products (turnover, ABC analysis, etc.);
— Determination and updating of minimum stocks of finished products;
— Control over utilization of production facilities;
— Analysis of the feasibility / possibility of changing production plans, taking into account material stocks and customer orders;
— Participation in projects of transitions / activation of materials involved in production;
— Planning transitions of finished products according to specifications, participation in new product launch projects by the planning team;
— Participation in the development of planning tools;
— Tight cooperation and liaison with production, finance, sales, presale and own department’s teams.

Requirements:
— Supply / Production / Capacity planner experience in FMCG or electronics manufacturing;
— Experienced user of Excel and 1C;
— Power Query will be useful (assembling and consolidating data from various sources);
— Ability to proactively communicate with cross-functional departments to share information and consult;
— Ability to search for solutions, argue them and create user-friendly analytics for other departments;
— Intermediate English.
