Responsibilities:

• Active involvement in staff recruitment to drive business growth
• Staffing key positions within the Business Unit team
• Management of the recruitment team: hiring, goal setting, and employee development (currently 3 recruiters in the team)
• Optimization of recruitment processes
• Preparation of recruitment reports and analysis of results
• Building recruitment strategies in collaboration with top managers
• Monitoring candidates and understanding market trends

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in recruitment
• Experience in coordinating and managing teams
• Ability to apply key recruitment indicators and metrics
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Advanced level of English proficiency
