The key attributes and expectations of a good Channel Sales Director are:
Have 4+ years experience as Sales Manager in b2b
Judgement and ability to present analysis in a clear and compelling manner
Have in-depth understanding of Sales processes and systems (sales cycles; account, territory, opportunity, pipeline management, deal velocity)
Very good verbal and written communication skills with high attention to detail
Upper intermediate English

Ajax Systems, therefore, requires the Channel Sales Director to provide a role that is acting as the ambassador of the company and brand delivering the following key tasks:
Communication with distributors, answering their inquiries
Build a strong relationship with distribution partners
Order flow, delivery and follow up
Payments checkSupport R&D link with BDM
Register activities in Monday.com (task management) and Creatio (CRM)
Support distributors activities on training, certifications etc
Turnrate calculations
Stock analysis — and action suggestions to customers
Activity and marketing plan with customers
Promote and sell our concepts of partner program and trainings
Our own events planning
Partner rebates and credit notes
Develop and evaluate partners’ business plan and approach.
Develop new markets, provide sales negotiations, close deals
