Responsibility scope:
- Support Employee work cycle from onboarding to offboarding point
- Be a mediator and consultant to managers in people management and administrative issues
- Taking part in L&D support, performance evaluation process
- Find solutions for business excellence in every point of employee experience
- Execute administrative and communication support to newcomers
- Maintain people analytics, market benchmarking on managers’s request and on regular basis
- Participate / lead in HR projects aimed at HR and people management process upgrade
What we expect from a candidate:
- Successful experience in people management function support
- Working experience in employee cycle execution, upgrade and support from HR team
- Clear understanding HRBP goals and role for product company
- Consulting and mediation skills in working with team leaders and managers
- Flexible approach in rapport with managers and colleagues in communication
- Ability to open feedback exchange with peers and managers
- Readiness to work in dynamic tempo of fast developing business
- English from Intermediate level
