Head of Sales Operations (вакансія неактивна)


Job summary

We are seeking a motivated Head of Sales Operations, who will be in charge of the support to the multinational B2B sales team. You and your team will be in charge of the sales processes creation and improvement, sales data analytics, operational support of the everyday business operations, sales tools maintenance and reporting.



Coordinating sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes

Getting accurate, real-time visibility of team performance

Comparing individual performances within a sales team

Development of the KPI for the sales team

Sales process

Partner with senior sales leadership to identify opportunities for sales support process improvement

Redesign sales operational processes and practices to optimize performance and accelerate growth efforts

Oversight of the design and implementation of the organization’s

Customer Relationship Management (CRM) technology platform; includes converting existing platforms and process redesign

Ops support

Manage/collaborate with the sales team, legal, finances, supply chain and marketing to ensure high customer service

Operational support of the new deals

Managing the team of 10 sales operation specialists(in charge of orders handling, end to end control of the supply, back office communication with the customers)

Implementation of best sales processes across the organization


3+ years in sales operations, enablement, revenue operations, or equivalent function with experience with global sales teams in B2B business

Researched, designed, and implemented automated sales processes to increase efficiency, productivity, and visibility.

Build workflows, integrations, dashboards, funnel automation, and deal desk function, with an understanding of data migration efforts

Demonstrated understanding of B2B sales activities and sales processes in tech sector

Experience using and developing reports, metrics, and dashboards with Creatio or other relevant sales metric tools and programs
