Required skills

• 3+ years of experience as a Business/System Analyst in software companies
• Upper-intermediate or Advanced English, strong communication skills
• Strong analytical skills
• Experience in collection and elaboration of requirements
• Experience in creating business requirements, specifications, use cases, user stories, acceptance criteria in a clear and concise form
• Experience in writing technical documentation, creation of system diagrams, wireframes, and prototypes
• Ability to collect and interpret data, understand interdependencies;
• Understanding the basics of UI/UX
• Understanding of web and mobile application development processes
• Self-motivated, well-organized and have strong innovation and facilitation skills

Will be a plus

• Good knowledge of Atlassian stack (Jira, Confluence) and Figma/Sketch/Balsamiq (or similar)
• Knowledge of multiple functional areas such as product management, engineering, UX/UI, customer support, marketing
• Experience with industry standards or certification/standardization authorities

Responsibility

• Gather requirements from internal stakeholders and customers
• Investigation of the competitive marketplace and competitor features, performing their analysis
• Document requirements by creating user stories
• Visualize requirements by creating diagrams and wireframes
• Collaborate with the development team to check the technical feasibility of new features
• Check that new requests don’t break anything in the existing product and compliant with the main product goals
• Analyze, define and communicate business objectives and requirements to the development team on the required level of details;
• Support the development team during implementation
• Aid in testing of a product
