— Experience with Gmail, Google Calendar, Excel, Spreadsheets, quickly learn new digital skills as required;

— Good presentation, organizational and communication skills;
— Flexible thinking;
— High level of communication skills;
— High level of responsibility, self-disciplined, hard-worker;

— Contract writing;
— Experience government tenders, NGO cooperation;

— Administrative support of meetings, daily business operations (calls, documents management, postal service, etc.);
— Setting appointments, organization of business trips (transportation, booking, Visas, etc.);
— Participation in meetings, keeping meeting notes and follow-up records;
— Support related to special projects / meetings;
— Drafting regular communication messages / briefings;
— International and regional tender support / cooperation with government, international corporations, NGOs;
— Prepare researches, commercial proposals and other materials.
