Email Marketing Specialist (вакансія неактивна)

Київ, Вроцлав (Польща)

At airSlate, our journey began in Boston, USA, in 2008. What started as a single product with 3,000 customers has grown into an influential tech company with 1000+ team members across six offices worldwide. In 2022, airSlate reached a total valuation of $1.25 billion and became a ’Unicorn 🦄’. But even as we scale, team members remain our most valuable asset. That’s why we’ve built a company that excites people about their work.

We develop products that serve over 100 million users with no-code workflow automation, electronic signature, and document management solutions. The company’s portfolio of award-winning products, signNow, pdfFiller, DocHub, airSlate, and US Legal Forms, empower teams to transform how their organizations run digitally.

And now, we are looking for an Email Marketing Manager who is prepared to contribute to the next chapter of our company’s growth.

The Email Marketing Team serves as the go-to folks for all things related to emails and push notifications for our current users.

So what does the Email Marketing Team actually do? The Email Marketing Team is the brain behind every email sent for our suite of cool SaaS products—think pdfFiller, airSlate, signNow, and more. The team handles everything from transactional emails to full-blown promotional campaigns.

But the Email Marketing Team isn’t just about sending emails. They are laser-focused on goals that matter. The team tracks the usual email metrics, but they also focus on the big picture, such as turning dormant users into active ones and keeping current users happy and engaged.

Oh, and the Email Marketing Team is really good at what they do—they have a 99% email deliverability rate to prove it. The team functions as its own unit within the marketing department, but it also serves as the go-to team when other departments need some email expertise.

What you’ll be working on:

• Monthly digests: Leading the preparation and timely delivery of digests, continuously seeking opportunities for content improvement.
• Regular manual campaigns: segmenting audiences, launching email campaigns, and collecting performance metrics for regular manual campaigns initiated by other teams.
• Campaign Development: Monitoring and optimizing current email workflows; conceptualizing and launching new ones.
• Tech Stack & Trends: Keep abreast of the latest email marketing trends and technologies, and work on incorporating them into our existing tech stack.
• Metrics & KPIs: Monitor email performance metrics and broader team KPIs. Formulate hypotheses to improve these metrics.
• Collaboration: Coordinate with copywriters, designers, and developers in email creation
• A/B Testing: Conduct ongoing A/B tests, monitoring and analyzing results to inform future campaigns.

What we expect from you:

    • English at a B2 level or higher is a must for team communication, content evaluation, task setting, and documentation.
    • Minimum of 2 years in email marketing or digital marketing management, including agency experience.
    • Must possess strong logical reasoning skills along with creative problem-solving abilities.
    • Ability to work independently, demonstrating strong time management skills while overseeing multiple projects.
    • Understanding of how to form hypotheses and conduct A/B testing for campaign optimization.
