airSlate is looking for an experienced HRBP in Poland (or ready to relocate) that is driven to improve HR initiatives, promote our culture and values, exemplify best HR practices, and retain our talented team. The ideal candidate will contribute at both hands-on and strategic levels to cultivate an amazing and innovative culture.
— Aligning HR processes with business objectives and needs;
— Being an advocate of the corporate culture and values, partnering with our leaders to help them effectively build and manage their teams;
— Building trustful relations with teams and leaders, helping the HR team drive organizational change;
— Navigating and resolving employee relations issues, providing visibility on potential turnover risks, and creating long-term retention solutions;
— Onboarding and adaptation of new employees;
— Managing performance management, career/team change processes;
— Supporting management teams with timely monitoring of employee motivation, using the best market practices;
— Together with the HR team and cross-functional group of experts, developing, upgrading, and rolling out programs to support our teams, including benefits, performance, career development, and talent programs;
— Work with analytics and key HR metrics to provide the best solutions based on data.
— Proven 5+ years of work experience in HR;
— Effective communication and critical thinking skills;
— Excellent people management skills, demonstrated empathy and experience driving inclusion work;
— Experience using data to identify insights that drive action, analytical and goal-oriented approach, and ability to prioritize;
— Demonstrated project management and change management skills;
— Consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills;
— Fluent in English and Ukrainian or Russian
Would be a plus:
— Knowledge of Polish.
We recruit through 2 stages of consideration:
Pre-screening interview (≅ 30 minutes)

Technical interview (≅ 1.5 hours)
This interview is meant to assess your technical skills and knowledge required for the role. You will be asked questions based on the information you’ve indicated in your resume as well as questions that will test your problem-solving skills and ability to apply your knowledge to real-life work-related situations.
