Middle Technical Support Specialist (AirSlate product) (вакансія неактивна)

We’re looking for a customer service driven Technical Support Specialist that is passionate about finding solutions to difficult problems.
You will work alongside other Support Specialists and report to Support Manager.

Product: airSlate (airSlate) automates business processes, helps teams forget about routine work, and empowers them to devote time to things that really matter. airSlate cloud solutions span PDF editing, workflow automation, eSignature workflows, and robotic and document process automation.


Working Schedule: From 15:00/16:00 pm to 00:00/01:00 pm (tickets and chats only)

The Weekends: Saturday/Sunday

Required skills:
— Experience 1+ year on a Support Specialist position in IT company;
— Customer service skills and passion for helping others;
— Fluent English, excellent grammar, oral and writing skills;
— Excellent communications skills;
— Analytical thinking ability to troubleshoot client’s issues and define the root cause;
— Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Netsuite and experience in working with them is a huge plus;
— Technical background is a plus;
— Flexibility in work hours to accommodate US market.

Tasks and responsibilities:
— Resolve all types of support issues received via ticketing system and chat;
— Communicate with clients via Zoom and handle product demos;
— Communicate with the Development and QA to resolve client’s issues in a timely manner;
— Define, analyse and escalate client’s enhancement requests to Product team;
— Support customers by providing helpful information, answering questions, and responding to complaints;
— Be the front line of support for clients and customers, help ensure they are satisfied with products, services, and features;
— Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication;
— Meet personal/team targets;
— Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies;
— Go the extra mile to engage customers.
