AirSlate — is a platform for no-code automation of business processes and document flows. From document generation to contract negotiation, eSignatures, and payments ‒ AirSlate helps to configure an infinite array of business workflows in minutes with an all-in-one, no-code solution.

We’re looking for an enthusiastic UX Writer to help us design intuitive product experiences.

Required skills:

— Minimum of 1-year experience as content writer in product companies or in a similar role;

— Proficient written English;

— Strong customer orientation and ability to describe complicated concepts in simple words;

— Strong attention to detail and ability to grasp complex technical details quickly;

— Analytical thinking skills;

— Proven experience in a fast-paced environment, strong situational adaptability, and ability to handle multiple projects at once;

— Well-developed communication skills, both written and oral;

— Open, honest, and empathetic manner when dealing with people;

— Friendly, helpful, and creative.

Technical skills:

— Knowledge of Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or Netsuite CRM is a strong plus.

Tasks and responsibilities:

— Write all types of customer-facing documents including user guides, articles, and FAQ;

— Ensure documentation relevance and take care of timely updates;

— Work on the document creation and updating processes refinement and optimization;

— Work with Support, Product, and Engineering teams on product updates communication;

— Participate in engineering and product planning sessions;

— Continuously work on maintaining subject matter expertise.
