We’re looking for an enthusiastic UX Writer to help us design intuitive product experiences. As part of the pdfFiller product team, you’ll collaborate closely with project managers, business analysts and UX designers to craft the UI copy, keeping our users at the center of it all.

What you’ll bring:

• English fluency with excellent writing and editing skills.
• 1+ years of experience writing for consumer-facing apps and products.
• Experience working with product design, software development, quality assurance, marketing, or sales teams.
• Understanding of usability principles and UX best practices.
• A curiosity about how complex things work and a desire to improve them.
• Ability to rapidly learn about our products and services.
• Familiarity with customer research.
• Experience using Figma and Zeplin.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

What you’ll do:

• Create clear, consistent, error-free, and impactful UI copy across all of our product interfaces.
• Use simple, human language to explain complex product features.
• Collaborate with the product team (PM/BAs, designers) to establish the right tone throughout the user experience.
• Together with other UX writers, establish tone and voice standards and use them in our daily writing.
• Systematize existing user journeys within the product.
• Identify the needs of end-users and analyze competitors.
