We are looking for a Business Analyst with previous experience working with technical development teams to join us at US Legal Forms.
In 2019, our company bought USLegal, one of the Internet’s first online form libraries that provides 85K unique US legal forms. 3mln+ people per month use our product.
A major part of your role would be conducting market research and interviews with users to develop product hypotheses for improving primary metrics.
— At least one year of experience as a Business Analyst / Product Analyst / User Researcher.
— Experience in product/market research and competitive analysis.
— Knowledge of the UI / UX basic principles.
— Understanding of product analytics: product metrics, funnels, cohort analysis, A/B testing.
