The core team is the heart of the pdfFiller product, its teams, and our customers. The team provides solutions for every product team, works with dependencies, security requirements and solutions, platform performance optimization, and business solutions.
The core team consists of 10+ members: back-end developers and QA. The team works closely with all other product teams, the devOps team, and
All business and technical hypotheses are implemented using data analysis with full and deep control of key technical and business metrics.
— 3+ years of Project Management experience.
— Experience working with Agile methodologies: Scrum, Kanban, XP, etc.
— Understanding of continuous integration/delivery/deployment processes, participation in setting up processes, and facilitation of implementation for auto-testing.
— Proficient understanding of the software development lifecycle.
— Leadership and people management skills: motivation, evaluation, conflict resolution.
— Practical knowledge of defect/task tracking systems and project reporting tools.
— Experience with risk management activities.
— High level of technical understanding.
Would be a plus:
— 2+ years of back-end development experience.
— Experience managing a group of projects and tracking the status of implementation.

— Lead project initiation (organize kick-off meetings, requirements walk-throughs, create JIRA projects/stories, sprint plannings, etc.).
— Establishing and supporting Agile processes and activities to create a supportive, collaborative, and effective environment for the team and stakeholders.
— Helping the team and dedicated product owner to collect and manage project requirements.
— Leading all planning and tracking activities.
— Facilitating risk management activities.
— Enabling communications and information exchange with other teams.
— Removing project impediments to help the team achieve optimal performance and satisfaction.
— Providing project status visibility to the team and stakeholders at various levels.
— Coordinate with the TL and HR team to help team members build and adjust their professional development plans.
