What We Expect From You:
— Proven 5+ years work experience in HR;
— Effective communication and critical thinking skills;
— Excellent people management skills, demonstrated empathy and experience driving inclusion work;
— Experience using data to identify insights that drive action, analytical and goal-oriented approach, ability to prioritize;
— Demonstrated project management and change management skills;
— Consulting, coaching, and facilitation skills;
— Fluent English.
What You’ll Be working on:
— Aligning HR processes with business objectives and needs;
— Being an advocate of the corporate culture and values, partnering with our leaders to help them effectively build and manage their teams;
— Building trustful relations teams and leaders, helping HR team drive organizational change;
— Navigating and resolving employee relations issues, providing visibility on potential turnover risks, and creating long-term retention solutions;
— Onboarding and adaptation of new employees;
— Managing performance management, career/team change processes;
— Supporting management teams with timely monitoring of employee motivation, using the best market practices;
— Together with the HR team and cross-functional group of experts, developing, upgrading, and rolling out programs to support our teams, including benefits, performance, career development, and talent programs;
— Work with analytics and key HR metrics to provide the best solutions based on data.
