— At least 2 years of experience in sales, customer experience, account management or similar customer-facing roles

Job description:

In your role, you will provide incredible customer care with account management responsibilities, offering a high level of service over chat, email, phone, and video calls.

Quick summary of the work terms:

— 8-hour shifts, 9 am to 5 pm (UTC + 11, AEDT; 11pm to 7am for CEST)
— 5 workdays with 2 days off (Saturday and Sunday)
— This is the remote position

— Building customer relations by providing extraordinary customer care via chat, email, phone, video calls.
— Follow up customers regularly in their requests to ensure the correct solution was carried out
— Represent the voice of the customer to provide input into every core product, marketing and sales process
— Conduct demo and setup sessions with prospects and assist with the full cycle of customer onboarding.
— Discuss and negotiate contract terms with new prospects, close new deals.
— Troubleshoot technical problems and report the issues to the development and design team
— Develop instructions and tutorials for Help Desk.
— Work in close collaboration with the tech and marketing teams
