Aimprosoft, a fast-growing outsourcing IT company with 18 years of market presence is looking for a Trainee System Administrator (Tech Support) who lives in Ivano-Frankivsk. Jump into IT, it’s your time to act!

You will have experienced System Administrator as a mentor during the probation period.

Responsibilities:

• Accept and process user requests in the ticket system (Service Desk)
• Provide technical support to users
• Regularly notify users of the progress in resolving their issues
• Conduct primary diagnostics and troubleshoot computer equipment
• Manage the internal infrastructure of the office
• Track and maintain inventory

Required skills:

• Good communication skills
• Knowledge of system administration
• Understanding of Internet technologies
• Pre-intermediate English level

Would be a plus:

• Experience working with monitoring systems
• Experience working with a Unix-like system
