We’re looking for a full-time Lead Generation/ Sales Manager that will help AGOV Agency move to the next level.

We consider the candidates based in Lviv. No remote!

Expectations:
— Deep understanding of Design agencies & consultancy domain;
— Experience in IT sales, lead generation or business development in an outsourcing company IS A MUST
— Deep understanding of the sales cycle of IT services;
— Knowledge of and experience with different inbound and outbound sales channels;
— Great level of business English (writing and speaking — grammar, spelling, stylistics).
— Yeah yeah, we know about a magic pills as of Chat GPT please

Soft skills:
— Outstanding negotiation, communication and presentation skills;
— Excellent networking skills;
— Strong management skills;
— Ability to solve complex problems;
— Perfectionism;

— understanding of inbound & outbound marketing process;
— experience as a Sales or Marketing Manager in an IT Outsourcing company;
— marketing skills (content and email marketing);
— experience in using sales platforms for lead generation.

— sales platforms management;
— keeping contact with the client at the initial stage of a sales process (negotiations, problem-solving);
— working with marketing qualified/non-qualified leads;
— LinkedIn & Socials development;
— help with preparation for the IT conferences & Roadshows;
— researching prospects to identify new leads and potential new markets;
— answering inbound inquiries, analyzing requirements;
— markets/clients research (target audience, competitors, new sales channels).
