AGOV Agency is a Strategic Design Partner helping startups Convert, Delight and Retain, turning your users into fans. We build a Design Culture with mature UX, bold Brand & UI with a Soul, so business & marketing are ready to go full speed with a strategic calm.

What you’ll do

Your mission is to fuel AGOV’s growth engine. You will be the visual voice of our brand, transforming complex strategies into high-converting assets that command attention and drive revenue. This is a dedicated internal marketing role, not a client-facing or UX/UI product position. You are here to build the visual infrastructure that allows our team to move at “agency-plus” speed while maintaining premium quality.

🚀 High-converting visuals: Design new markeitng pages, case studies & LinkedIn assets that stop the scroll and turn cold attention into high-intent sales conversations.

💎 Brand identity & perception: Own the “premium” and “mature” feel of AGOV across every touchpoint, ensuring we are perceived as the strategic industry leaders we are.

⚙️ Internal design culture: Build and maintain a robust ecosystem of internal guidelines, brand components & templates for decks, reports & posts, ensuring the team moves 3—5× faster.

🧪 Rapid experimentation: New offer? New campaign? New positioning test? You’ll quickly spin up promo pages and visuals so the team can test, learn and move on.

🤝 Core team collaboration: Work daily with the CEO, BDR, and marketer to turn raw business ideas into polished, high-impact assets.

Our expectations:

  • Design agency-level craft: Sharp sense of composition, hierarchy, and premium polish.
  • System thinking: Ability to build reusable systems in Figma, not just one-off layouts.
  • Marketing DNA: Experience in creating visuals that perform, not just “look nice”
  • AI-native approach: Proactive use of AI tools and agents to 10× your workflow.
  • Execution speed: Comfort in a fast-paced environment where responsibility and ownership are the defaults.
  • Speaking & Writing English at an Intermediate level or higher (B1+)

For you (Life at AGOV):

🌴 Paid vacations, day-offs & holidays for relaxation or adventures, sick leaves

🎓 Internal Educational activities (Design “Tables” (talks), Lectures from the team members) & Resources

💸 Salary will be discussed individually, based on your experience and expertise

🫂 Zero bureaucracy: approachable & honest management, open to suggestions and innovations — we’re too small & busy to play those corporate games

🌅 Comfortable office space with one of highest rooftops for beautific sunsets & parties

🍰 A lot of board games during lunches, movie nights & regular sweets

💆🏻 Private masseur (weekly)

🥸 A vibrant and inclusive team culture with a pinch of sarcasm & irony

What to apply with:

  1. CV or LinkedIn profile → where you’ve been and what you’ve done so far;
  2. Case studies, past work or achievements → decks, landing pages, brand work, marketing visuals, Figma, Notion, PDF — don’t overthink the polish, we know what to look at ;)
  3. A short 3-4 min Loom video (optional but highly appreciated): Tell us how you think design influences growth, sales or brand perception, and what makes marketing design effective in your eyes. (P.S.: No need to overproduce or rehearse — we’re not judging movie direction skills, we just want a glimpse of how you think, reflect, and approach your craft);

From “hello” to offer: how it goes:

  1. Intro talk: a casual conversation to get to know each other — values, goals, how we work, and what you’re looking for
  2. Tech interview: a deeper dive into your design process, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills
  3. (Optional) Test task: a short design challenge to understand how you think, structure ideas, and approach solutions
  4. Offer: if it feels like a mutual fit — we’re in

We aim to keep things fast, respectful, and clear — and we’ll always let you know where you stand 🤝
