AGOV Agency is a Strategic Design Partner helping startups Convert, Delight and Retain, turning your users into fans. We build a Design Culture with mature UX, bold Brand & UI with a Soul, so business & marketing are ready to go full speed with a strategic calm.

Our expectations:

  • Solid UX experience with strong, real-world results in past projects;
  • Great soft skills to communicate clearly and confidently, both with clients and internal teams;
  • Speaking & Writing English at an upper-intermediate level or higher (B2+);
  • Strong visual aesthetics: your sense of composition, polish, and hierarchy is as important as your logic;
  • Problem & solution space thinking in your UX Proccess — you’re as good at discovering what matters as you are at designing it
  • Analytical mindset: you can explain the “why” behind your decisions;
  • Technical profficency in Figma, both for design delivery & interactive (clickable) prototypes;
  • High Design hand-off discipline: structured, scalable design systems with atomic components & variables ;

Will be an advantage (while not required, these will help you stand out):

  • Experience with Gen-AI tools (Midjourney, Sora, Kling, etc.) for visual exploration, ideation, and creative speed
  • Motion design skills: even basic knowledge of microinteractions or UI animation in After Effects, Jitter, Rive or similar
  • Graphic & marketing design skills: pitch decks, brand carriers, marketing assets, social posts, etc
  • Proactive operational mindset: you reflect on how things are done, propose smarter workflows, and help build a better design ops culture over time;

Where your craft will shine:

🔍 Shape product direction: run design discoveries, structure research inputs, and help the team align on clear business & product goals;

🎨 Design user experience: deliver clean, intuitive flows and clickable prototypes that bring value to users and clarity to the team;

🛠️ Support implementation: prepare your design for handoff with dev-ready structure, and stay involved to ensure accurate delivery;

📅 Manage your own work process: estimate project & tasks, track progress, and flag blockers early;

🗣️ Communicate with ownership: hold productive calls, write clear async updates, and collaborate closely with external and internal stakeholders and teammates;

🧭 Contribute to design ops: reflect on past projects and help improve how we plan, design, and deliver as a team;

For you (Life at AGOV):

🌎 US-based (60%) & European (40%) clients with ambitious SaaS web & mobile products;

🎓 Internal Educational activities (Design “Tables” (talks), Lectures from the team members) & Resources

💆🏻 Private masseur (weekly)

🥸 A vibrant and inclusive team culture with a pinch of sarcasm & irony

What to apply with:

  1. CV or LinkedIn profile → where you’ve been and what you’ve done so far;
  2. Case studies, past work or achievements → PDF, Notion doc, Behance, even if it’s a rough Figma file —don’t overthink the polish, we know what to look at ;)
  3. A short 3–4 min Loom video (optional but highly appreciated): tell us a bit about yourself and share your POV of what makes a UX strategy good (or bad) in your eyes, and how you think about design. (P.S.: No need to overproduce or rehearse — we’re not judging movie direction skills, we just want a glimpse of how you think, reflect, and approach your craft);

From “hello” to offer: how it goes:

  1. Intro talk: a casual conversation to get to know each other — values, goals, how we work, and what you’re looking for
  2. Tech interview: a deeper dive into your design process, strategic thinking, and collaboration skills
  3. (Optional) Test task: a short design challenge to understand how you think, structure ideas, and approach solutions
  4. Offer: if it feels like a mutual fit — we’re in

We aim to keep things fast, respectful, and clear — and we’ll always let you know where you stand 🤝
