AGOV is a boutique UX agency helping startups and B2B companies build the next chapter of their growth — through design that has both brains and soul. We are entering a period of intriguing changes & growth. It’s time for us to open new lands from the point of view of marketing presence, launching (and diversifying) marketing channels. For the last two years, we’ve grown purely through reputation and returning clients. But now we’re entering a new phase — new branding, new presence, and a new level of reach.
📌 Your mission & Key zones of Responsibilities:
To help us build and execute a smart inbound & outbound strategy that puts AGOV in front of the right eyes — founders, product leads, startup operators. Not another cold DMs spammer. Not another Canva post scheduler.
We’re looking for a marketing mind that can think, write, and move fast.
- Assistance in the development and execution of marketing strategy and situational campaigns at the creme de la creme level;
- Collaborating with our BDR to launch targeted outbound campaigns;
- Creation & maintenance of internal marketing tools & materials (website, corporate pitch decks, case studies, etc.);
- Analyzing campaign performance, testing hypotheses, and collaborating with the team to improve results and achieve business objectives;
- Improving marketing infrastructure: tools, automations, flows;
- Using AI tools to amplify research, content, outreach, and reporting.
🤝 Who you’ll work with:
You won’t be a solo act. You’ll be part of a tight, lean, smart team:
- 🧠 Strategic lead — setting direction (that’s our founder)
- 🎯 BDR — for outbound ideas and execution
- 🎨 Marketing designer — to bring things to life visually
- 🧩 You — as the strategic doer, thinker, and shaper of our brand presence
🥇 What we’re Looking for (Excellence criteria):
- You are capable of looking at tasks holistically, building appropriate strategies for completing tasks, finding the necessary implementation tools, and taking into account all contexts, limitations, and opportunities;
- You know how to write. Storytelling is your working tool to accomplish the marketing objectives through the copy without losing the main essence of the message, clearly reaching the hearts and heads of your readers;
- You’re fluent in B2B and product UX space (customer journeys, overall marketing funnel & sales process) — or curious and capable enough to get there fast;
- Understanding of the design process in the design service business would be a great plus;
- You’re tech-savvy and AI-curious — ChatGPT, N8N, Appolo are your teammates, not just some toys;
- You want to learn fast and grow into a strategic role (not just follow checklists);
- You care about craft, ownership, and making things better than they were before;
- Decent communication and presentation skills (soft skills overall);
- Strong B2+ Business English.
