We are looking for a Middle/Senior Data Engineer to join product development for our client from the USA. The product is an AWS hosted multi-module payment and analytical platform for the healthcare services, written in Go language stack. The product encompasses a few applications for customer journeys (web, mobile) and a complex micro-service architecture.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of experience as a Data Engineer
- Experience in Python
- Skilled with NoSQL and SQL(Snowflake)
- Experience in Kafka Confluent and dbt prefered, but not required
- Experience in AWS would be a plus, specifically with lambdas, docDB, EC2
- Experience with sensitive data is a plus
- English: upper-intermediate or higher
Responsibilities:
- Work with other teams within the company to ensure successful migration from Snowflake
- Upgrading Kafka Confluent clusters
- Masking data
- Design and implement data model changes
- Maintain data pipelines (ETLs) in order to integrate data from different sources into the platform, etc.
