Our team is looking for a result-oriented and proactive Lead QA Engineer/ Team Lead to collaborate on product development for our client based in the USA/Canada. The product domain is healthcare. Our client is a market-leading global SaaS company with the mission of facilitating the delivery of better hearing to the world. Small hearing care practices and some of the largest retailers utilize software in 13 countries worldwide.


  • 8+ years’ experience in QA field
  • Solid experience in building a QA process from scratch
  • Experience in leading and coordinating QAM and QAA teams
  • Experience in defining test strategy and test items
  • Practice in working with remote and distributed teams
  • Proven experience in communicating with international clients, driving communication
  • Healthcare projects would be +
  • Business analysis skills
  • Proactive, result-oriented standpoint
  • English at least Upper-Intermediate level


  • Build a QA process from scratch (QAM and QAA)
  • QA team managing (distributed): client side+our side
  • Defining testing and issue tracking tools, environments, configurations
  • Participating bug triage (prioritizing, planning) together with PO,PM and Dev leads
  • Regularly communicate with the QAteam members at the client’s side
  • Identifying items to be tested
  • Preparing and supporting test documentation etc.
  • Functional, regression, usability testing
