— Bachelor’s degree in information technology, computer science or similar subject desirable
— 7+ years of IT experience
— 2+ proven experience as IT director or similar role
— Knowledge of IT governance requirements, compliance, and security best practices
— Strong understanding of computer systems (hardware/software), security, network and systems administration, databases, cloud-based services
— Experience with Office 365 administration
— Excellent organizational and leadership skills
— Intermediate+ English

— IT infrastructure and operations management, strategy planning and execution
— Review and establish IT policies and procedures to support the implementation of strategies set by top management
— Oversee all IT policies, keeping policies up-to-date and ensuring compliance with all (GDPR, SOC 2) policies and internal controls
— Lead the implementation of best-practice security policies, procedures, and standards to protect sensitive data, systems, and applications
— Regularly identify security exposures, develop mitigation and disaster recovery plans
— Actively monitor the systems, troubleshoot, isolate and resolve application, system, and other technical problems (hardware, software, and network)
— Budget, forecast, and organize the procurement of efficient and cost-effective technological equipment and software
— Support office’s network infrastructure and recommend necessary improvements/upgrades for routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access, VPN, etc
— Communicate the IT roadmap and related progress to management on a regular basis

At Agiliway we are looking for the experienced and proactive Director of Infrastructure & IT Operations.
The primary responsibilities will be to align and develop an IT strategy according to the company’s business strategy. Overall planning, organizing, and execution of all internal IT function across the organization.
The Director is expected to drive, manage IT Operations teams in all offices, which includes security, procurement, help desk, software/hardware installation, monitoring, configuring backup/recovery systems.
