Job Description:

We are looking for candidates experienced in IT recruiting, working in a fast-paced environment with a high volume of recruiting. The ideal candidate is driven by success, self-motivated, competitive yet team-oriented. The Recruiter is responsible for the full life-cycle hiring process: recruiting, screening and recommending the placement of candidates in technical roles while using creative sourcing methods (internal and external). The Recruiter will also network online and offline with potential candidates to promote the Agilites brand and values, reduce the time-to-hire and ensure Agilites is attracting the best professionals. Ultimately, this role will build a strong technical talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees.  

Salary:

 Rate + bonuses
Bonus: 10% of the new employee’s salary after first month and 20% after his/her trial period.

You will be expected to:

• Find and recruit right people for our company
• Prescreen CVs according to job requirements  
• Communicate with candidates clearly, honestly and in a timely manner 
• Grow our network of the potential candidates
• Work autonomously demonstrating initiative and common sense
• Have an inquiring mind with the ability to research, question and think outside the box

Requirements:

• Extensive knowledge of recruiting process 
• At least 1 year of experience in searching for IT vacancies 
• Ability to create and maintain a close relationship with potential candidates 
• Positive and friendly attitude 
• Strong time management skills 
• Work on optimization of recruiting processes and practices.
• Strong work ethic with a positive and “can-do” attitude
• Good negotiation and problem-solving skills
• B2+ level of English
