We’re looking for a proactive person who communicates effectively to develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

• You are incredibly well organized and detail oriented
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
• Understanding of software development process
• Ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level
• Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation abilities

• Sales/Marketing experience
• Proven work experience as an Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Project Manager or relevant role
• People management experience (e.g., setting objectives, providing reviews/feedback, planning training and career development)
• Understanding of engineering practices, methodologies and tools
• Solid experience with CRM software (e.g. Salesforce, Zoho CRM or HubSpot), MS Office, Google Docs, Task Tracking systems (e.g. JIRA)
• Degree in Business Administration, Sales or relevant field

Обов’язки

Primary Responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting happy Customer relationships
• Ensure the successful delivery of solutions according to customer needs and objectives
• Identify and report possible conflicts or problems
• Track key account metrics

Secondary Responsibilities

• Serve as the lead point of contact for all Customer account management matters
• Understand customer needs
• Clearly and timely communicate high severity requests or issue escalations as needed
• Clearly communicate the progress and status to internal and external stakeholders
• Prepare reports on account status
• Collaborate with all departments of company
