About the role
Join our Talent Operations team and gain hands-on experience in full-cycle talent operations in a 1000+ people IT company. You’ll work closely with Recruitment, Engineering Leads, Delivery Managers, and HR, applying your organizational and communication skills to support processes and special initiatives.
What you will do
● Help our Software Engineers find new projects within AgileEngine;
● Connect outstanding requests with matching opportunities and support them through the whole process (e.g. help our Engineers to find a part-time Project or a Mentor within the company);
● Collaborate with other departments to achieve our goals;
● Create well-structured, neat, engaging, and informative resumes according to the company’s guidelines;
● Keep track of available talent and job opportunities.
Must haves
● 1+ years of prior experience in an IT company as a recruiter or HR;
● Highly developed listening and communication skills;
● You are an energetic, proactive, and well-organized person;
● Upper-Intermediate level of English and above;
● Great attention to detail.
Nice to haves
● You are comfortable with working in a fast-changing environment;
● You have strong GTD skills.
