What you will do
● Design, develop, and maintain data models for efficient querying and analysis;
● Implement and optimize SQL-based transformations to support analytics workflows;
● Utilize DBT (Data Build Tool) for data transformation, ensuring data quality and governance;
● Develop advanced Tableau dashboards and other visualization tools to present insights effectively;
● Collaborate with data engineers to integrate and refine ETL/ELT pipelines;
● Write and maintain Python scripts for automation and advanced data manipulation;
● Work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into data-driven solutions;
● Ensure data integrity, consistency, and reliability across the analytics ecosystem.

Must haves
● 4+ years of experience in Business Intelligence / Analyst roles;
● Tableau: Advanced proficiency in creating dashboards and visual reports;
● SQL: Advanced skills in writing and optimizing queries for complex datasets;
● DBT: Intermediate experience with data transformations and pipeline management;
● Python: Intermediate experience for scripting, automation, and data processing;
● ETL/ELT: Basic understanding of data extraction, transformation, and loading techniques;
● Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously;
● Experience working in cloud-based environments (AWS, GCP, or Azure) is a plus;
● Familiarity with data warehousing concepts and best practices;
● Working hours will be Dublin Time Zone;
● Upper-Intermediate English level.

Nice to haves
● Experience working in a hybrid role combining data engineering and analytics;
● Strong business acumen with the ability to translate data insights into strategic decisions;
● Prior experience in industries such as finance, e-commerce, or technology is a plus;
● Knowledge of additional BI tools like Looker, Power BI, or Metabase is a bonus.
