What you will do
● Research & Analysis:
● Conduct thorough research on our current Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and new potential ICPs to identify trends, behaviors, and preferences;
● Analyze market data and customer feedback to inform marketing strategies;
● Collaboration & Campaign Development:
● Work closely with the content team to brainstorm and develop engaging marketing campaigns tailored to our ICP;
● Assist in creating content that resonates with target audiences, including blog posts, social media updates, and email campaigns;
● Campaign Execution:
● Collaborate with the operations team to schedule and distribute marketing campaigns effectively;
● Monitor and analyze the performance of campaigns, providing insights and recommendations for improvement;
● Reporting & Insights:
● Prepare regular reports on campaign performance and market trends;
● Present findings and strategic recommendations to the marketing team.


Must Haves
● 1-3 years of experience in marketing analytics or a related role (internships included);
● Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and generate actionable insights;
● Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
● Creative mindset with a passion for developing engaging content;
● Strong attention to detail and organizational skills;
● Upper-intermediate English level.


Nice To Haves
● Experience working in or knowledge of the tech or software development industry;
● Previous experience conducting outreach campaigns.
