What you will do
● Conducting thorough manual testing of web applications to identify bugs and issues;
● Collaborating with the development team to understand feature requirements and ensure quality standards are met;
● Creating detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases;
● Tracking defects and working closely with developers to ensure they are addressed;
● Participating in Agile/Scrum development processes and attending all relevant meetings;
● Ensuring the final product meets client expectations and adheres to specified requirements;
● Assisting in the preparation of reports on testing phases and defects;
● Ensure accuracy of platform calculations using Python and SQL;
● Develop and implement automated tests integrated with Azure Test Plans;
● Conduct production deployment regression tests and test planning;
● Support the existing team with additional QA activities.


Must Haves
● 3+ years of experience in manual testing of web applications;
● Familiarity with SQL and Python;
● Experience working with Azure Cloud;
● Candidates should be able to meet the HIPAA requirements;
● The candidate should work in the EST timezone;
● Proficient in creating detailed test plans and test cases;
● Experience with different types of testing (functional, regression, integration, etc.);
● Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies;
● Experience in working with issue-tracking tools (e.g., JIRA);
● Good understanding of web technologies and software QA methodologies, tools, and processes;
● Ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively;
● Excellent collaborative and communication skills;
● Good spoken and written English.


Nice to Haves
● Basic knowledge of automated testing tools and frameworks;
● Experience with healthcare data.
