What you will do
● Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, reports, and data visualizations to meet business requirements and enhance decision-making capabilities;
● Collaborate with stakeholders to gather data requirements, understand business needs, and translate them into effective data visualizations and analytical solutions;
● Create and optimize data models using Power BI Desktop, ensuring data accuracy, consistency, and efficiency in reporting;
● Integrate data from multiple sources, including databases, APIs, and flat files, to provide comprehensive insights and analysis;
● Develop and implement data governance policies and best practices to ensure data quality, security, and compliance.


Must Haves
● Bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field;
● 3+ years of experience in developing business applications using the Microsoft Power BI Platform;
● 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 integrations and data entity development;
● Strong experience working with Microsoft Excel;
● Strong UI design skills and the ability to create visually appealing interfaces that are easy to use and navigate using Power BI;
● Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Transact-SQL, and database design;
● Experience customizing Microsoft Dynamics 365 scripts with Python (or any type of Python experience will be considered);
● Upper-intermediate English level.
