What You Will Do
● Drive healthy team discussions;
● Bring thought-provoking questions and contribute to psychological safety;
● Collaborate and decide on solutions with your team;
● Find ideal solutions that balance the technical needs of the system with the strategic needs of the business;
● Facilitate discussions around trade-offs.


Must Haves
● Strong experience on IaC using Terraform and developing customized modules;
● Experience with AWS resources (EKS, Lambdas, RDS PostgreSQL/MySQL) and autoscaling configurations;
● Strong experience with Kubernetes;
● Knowledge of automation languages/tools such as Python, Bash, Ansible;
● Knowledge of monitoring tools such as DataDog, Prometheus, Grafana Loki;
● Knowledge of CI/CD tools such as Argo CD, CodePipeline, GitHub Actions;
● Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery Platforms.


Nice to Haves
● Elixir knowledge.
