You will work with

● Full cycle of the talent management process — adaptation, performance review, probation period control, termination of agreements
● Implement and support new initiatives related to HRM — leadership educational programs, HR analytics, HR processes automatization
● Conducting 1-1 with contractors, tracking engagement and happiness rates
● Participate in growing corporate culture
● Collaborate with event manager in organizing corporate events and activities
● Manage benefits package

Our team is looking for someone who has

● 2+ years of hands-on experience in People Partner or HR roles
● Upper-Intermediate English level
● Good analytical and problem-solving skills
● Positive and open-minded style of communication
● High level of EQ and strong interpersonal skills

Will be a plus

● Experience in the IT industry would be a plus
● Experience working in multinational outsource company
