What will you do?
● Establish and grow sourcing channels: Recruiting Agencies, Posting, Referrals, Sourcing services
● Work with Inbound LeadGen channels (job boards, social media, website etc)
● Work closely with Recruiting and Marketing managers to achieve business goals
● Do market researches & analysis
● Generate new ideas for leads pipeline
