What is required?
● Excellent written and good spoken English
● 1+ years of hands-on experience in LeadGen, Sales, BD roles
● Go-getter and result-oriented attitude
● Ability to remain focused and flexible during rapid change

● Understanding of the IT industry, software development processes and technologies
● Experience in setting up business processes

● Work closely with sales and marketing managers to achieve team goals

● Build a pipeline, qualify potential customers and respond to their inquiries
● Maintain customer database (CRM)
● Work with business correspondence
