— 1+ year of IT recruiting experience (readiness to own processes end-to-end (sourcing, scheduling, offers, and everything in between);
— Intermediate English — is a must;
— Good knowledge of different recruitment tools, interviewing process, search channels;
— Understanding of IT market trends and differences between technologies/ IT positions;
— Excellent communication skills;
— Result-oriented and attentive to details team player.
