Position Overview:
How does this market work?
The Creator Economy is booming, currently valued at over $150 billion and projected to surpass $500 billion by 2030. With this growth comes new opportunities, technologies, and constantly evolving approaches, giving creators more ways to expand their reach and simplify their work. At the same time, platforms are frequently changing their rules and algorithms, adding new layers of complexity.

To stay ahead and fully capitalize on these opportunities, creators need a reliable partner to help them navigate these changes and adapt their strategies. AIR Media-Tech provides over 30 tools and expert support to help creators grow their audience, boost revenue, and manage their finances seamlessly.

What will you be doing?
You’ll develop a partner referral channel by building a network of partners who can recommend us to their audience and friends while monetizing their social connections.

Who is the target audience?

  • Creators who create content for other creators or have influence over them.
  • Sales managers working in the Creator Economy space who have a strong list of contacts among creators and can earn by recommending or selling our company’s products and services.
  • Active individuals involved in the Creator Economy, such as beginner creators, content editors, channel managers, SMM specialists, etc.
  • Info-business owners and consultants with media platforms who can recommend our products to their audience.
  • Companies or platforms with creator audiences can recommend AIR to their clients and earn more from their existing customer base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop a strategy to grow the referral network by defining terms, testing approaches, and refining methods.
  • Identify potential partners and organize activities to test new ideas, including negotiations, qualifying partners, training them on company products, and supporting them in discussions with potential clients and partners.
  • Motivate participating partners and provide support and consultations when needed.
  • Expand the referral network by creating or scaling recruitment channels, using lead generation, referral programs, and marketing automation.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize campaigns, track key performance metrics (KPI, CAC, CLV), and adjust strategies based on data and testing.
  • Provide effective communication and training to partners to help them succeed within the MLM system.
  • Manage all activities related to potential and existing partners in CRM HubSpot, using it to organize contacts, automate processes, and track performance.
  • Oversee the referral network by motivating, training, and supporting partners at every relationship stage.
  • Develop a mentorship and coaching system for new partners.
  • Coordinate with teams responsible for marketing strategies and partner acquisition to ensure alignment.
  • Monitor partner progress and maintain strong internal communication.
  • Work closely with the marketing, sales, and support teams to align campaigns and improve partner interactions.

Requirements:

  • Experience in multi-level marketing (MLM), digital marketing, or partner programs.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Proven experience in growing social media to attract clients or partners for creator products, digital marketing services, or information products.
  • Ability to build and manage partner networks effectively.
  • Talent for motivating and inspiring potential in others.
  • Proficiency with CRM systems and marketing automation tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for managing performance metrics and optimizing processes.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment with a results-driven mindset.
