Experience as a Sourcer in a tech company
Understanding of technical terminology and ability to discuss requirements with candidates
Experience using several channels (LinkedIn, GitHub, job boards, social media, internal database)
Experience using Google Boolean and x-Ray search tools
Knowledge of LinkedIn as a business tool
Good command of both written and spoken English

Ability to learn fast, find and use new research tools, analytical mindset
Good analytical and research skills
Ability to meet strict deadlines, ability to react quickly
Strong team player

Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies and approaches to meet hiring goals
Identify qualified candidate profiles using various sourcing techniques (e.g. Boolean search, X-Ray)
Generate a pipeline of candidates
Perform pre-screening to analyze candidates’ abilities
Post vacancies on various job boards
Create a wide candidate pool and updating CV search database
Find new resources and strategies for discovering qualified candidates to be reached in the shortest time
Monitor and analyze the job market
