Requirements:
BA/BS degree or similar college-level education;
2 to 4 years of Sales experience, from cold calling to closing;
Ability to build strong relationships with direct customers and internal teams;
Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills;
Previous experience working with CRM Softwares (Hubspot is a plus);
Excellent presentation, problem-solving and organizational skills;
Motivated self-starter who is hungry to win;

Experience with SaaS or Adtech is a big plus;
Fluent in English, Russian and any other from CIS region.

Your responsibilities will include:
Prospect and develop new sales opportunities through lead qualification, cold calling, networking and social media;
Set up meetings/zoom calls with potential clients;
Schedule demo calls and present our solution to potential clients;
Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences when needed;
Follow and achieve individual sales goals on a quarterly and yearly basis;
Monitor and report on own sales performance analytics weekly, monthly, quarterly;
Stay up-to-date with new features and product launches;
Suggest ways to improve sales (e.g. planning marketing activities);
Identify potential issues and communicate to the team when needed;
Negotiate contracts and handle the paperwork.
