We’re on a search for a Senior Talent Partner with the following attributes:

📍Hiring & Staffing You have a nose for talent and have a track record for hiring the best people for the role.

📍Dealing with Ambiguity — You can effectively cope with change and uncertainty, and are comfortable when things are up in the air

What you’ll do:

  • Contribute to UA office growth and development;
  • Be a problem solver in HR-related issues;
  • Promote a healthy and supportive culture to the team;
  • Responsible for the end-2-end recruitment process for UA hiring;
  • Coordinate newcomers’ onboarding and adaptation processes;
  • Conducting one-on-one meetings with stakeholders and employees;
  • Improve and implement HR initiatives such as onboarding, retention and engagement, learning and development, employee satisfaction survey, and off-boarding);
  • Organize team buildings and team activities;
  • Use data and metrics to measure our performance and provide insights on how we can improve our efforts;
  • Partner with our global Talent Team and work on key strategic projects;

You should apply if:

  • You are passionate about new technologies that changing the world;
  • You have 4+ years of extensive experience as an in-house recruiter in IT-related company/startup;
  • You worked before as HR manager and dealt with on-boarding/off-boarding/development and retaining people;
  • You are interested in combining HR + recruiting;
  • You have knowledge of the talent tech market in Ukraine and know where to source high-caliber candidates from ;
  • You are confident managing and advising stakeholders on how to approach building their teams;
  • Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment;
  • Strong ability to work in a team environment;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English;
