Adzumo, a fast-growing advertising network under Riverwide Tech Inc., is looking for a Tech Operations Specialist to join our team. This is a fully remote role — ideal for a detail-oriented, proactive, and initiative-driven person who wants to start or grow a career in IT marketing and ad tech.

We do not require prior experience. We are ready to teach everything from scratch. This position is open to students, veterans, or anyone motivated, regardless of background — the most important thing is a strong desire to learn and work in performance marketing.

As our Tech Operations Specialist, you will support the team with technical and operational tasks, help prepare reports, and gradually grow into a Advertiser/Publisher Manager role, managing and optimizing traffic on the Adzumo platform.

You will:

• Assist with technical and operational tasks related to traffic and platform setup.
• Collect, prepare, and analyze performance reports.
• Participate in marketing campaigns and promotional activities alongside the team.
• Support day-to-day traffic operations and help identify technical or performance issues.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Approving dating/gambling banners in adult sites.

We’re looking for someone who:

• Is attentive to details, responsible, and well-organized.
• Is VERY proactive and shows initiative.
• Has a strong desire to learn, grow, and develop in IT marketing.
• Has basic knowledge of Google Sheets.
• Has an analytical mindset and sales skills.
• Has English knowledge at least B1 level (grammar + conversational).
• Is comfortable working remotely but with stable internet connection and electricity.
